Ask MS Korean Academy to delete your account and personal data from our website and the MS Korean app.

How to request deletion

Fill in the form below, or email admin@mskoreanacademy.com, or message us on WhatsApp +92 318 8294992. Tell us your name and username.
We contact you within 3 working days on your registered email or phone to confirm the request really comes from you.
We delete your data within 30 days of confirmation and tell you when it is done.

What should we delete?

Details (optional) I understand that after deletion I will no longer be able to sign in, and that my class history, homework and quick-login on my phone will stop working.

Submitting this form sends your request to the academy admin. Nothing is deleted until we confirm with you.

What we delete

Your login: username, password (stored as a hash) and account profile (name, email, phone, WhatsApp, address, photo).
App sign-in sessions and quick-login (PIN / fingerprint) device credentials on our server.
Your admission or job application, including the photo, signature and CV.
Homework submissions and files, lesson progress, and assignment read status.
Your name on live class attendance and chat messages. Messages are deleted or anonymised.
Demo class guest details (name and phone).

What we may keep, and for how long

Fee payment records and receipts: kept as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted.
Issued certificates: kept so the certificate can still be verified by employers, unless you ask us to remove it too. Once removed, it can no longer be verified.
Email delivery logs and technical logs (no message content): kept only for a short time and then deleted.
Information we must keep by law, or to resolve a dispute or prevent fraud.

On your phone, you can also sign out and uninstall the MS Korean app. That removes the app’s data from your phone.
