1. About these terms

These terms apply to mskoreanacademy.com and the MS Korean Android app (together, the “services”), run by MS Korean Academy, Karachi, Pakistan. By using the services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

• Student accounts are created by the academy after your admission is approved. Teacher accounts are created by the academy.
• Keep your username, password and quick-login PIN private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• Give accurate information on admission and application forms.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.

3. Admissions, fees and batches

Course fees, batch timings, and payment and refund conditions are those shown on our courses page or communicated to you at admission. Fee payments you upload are checked by the academy before they are marked as verified.

4. Live classes and chat

• Be respectful to teachers and classmates. No abuse, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, spam or advertising in classes or chat.
• Do not share class links, room codes or your login with people who are not enrolled.
• Do not record, photograph or share other participants’ video, audio or chat without their permission.
• Teachers may ask a participant who disrupts a class to leave, or remove them from the class.
• Live classes depend on your internet connection and device. We work to keep them reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Course material

Lessons, videos, notes, PDFs, whiteboard content and other course material belong to MS Korean Academy or its teachers. They are provided for your personal study only. Do not copy, sell, upload or redistribute them without our written permission.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued by the academy when you complete a course. Each one has a unique ID that can be checked on our verification page. We may cancel a certificate that was obtained dishonestly.

7. The Android app and updates

• The MS Korean app is free to download. We may release updates that fix problems or add features. Some old versions may stop working after an important update.
• If you download the app from our website, get it only from mskoreanacademy.com or an official app store listing. Copies from other sources may be modified.

8. Acceptable use

Do not try to break into, overload, reverse-engineer for misuse, or interfere with the services. Do not access other users’ accounts or data, or use the services for anything illegal.

9. Disclaimer and liability

We teach and prepare students carefully, but we cannot guarantee exam results, visas or jobs. The services are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, MS Korean Academy is not liable for indirect losses or for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the services at any time and ask us to delete your account on the delete-account page. We may end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes and contact
